Where we deliver
Feel Drop Co is an independent florist based at St Nicholas Shopping Centre in Sutton. We hand-tie every bouquet to order and our own drivers deliver across Sutton and the surrounding South London villages — not the whole of London.
Postcodes we cover daily:
- SM1 — Sutton (High Street, Sutton Common, Sutton Green and surrounding roads)
- SM2 — Belmont and South Sutton (including the Royal Marsden and Sutton Hospital)
- SM3 — Cheam, North Cheam and the streets around Nonsuch Park
- SM5 — Carshalton Village, Carshalton Beeches, Carshalton on the Hill and Hackbridge
- SM6 — Wallington and Beddington
- SM7 — Banstead, Nork and Burgh Heath
- KT4 — Worcester Park and Old Malden
Outside these postcodes? Message us on WhatsApp before you order — we may be able to help for larger orders or funeral work, but we can't promise it.
How next-day delivery works
- Order before 6pm for next-day delivery, Tuesday to Saturday.
- Pick your delivery date at checkout — we'll deliver on the day you choose.
- Most drops land between 2pm and 5pm.
- Need it same day? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best — it depends on the route and stock.
Days we're closed
- No Monday deliveries — we're closed on Mondays so our team gets a rest.
- You can order online any time. Monday orders go out first on Tuesday.
Delivery cost
- £5.99 flat rate per order across every postcode we cover. No card fees, no fuel surcharges.
- Free pickup from our studio at St Nicholas Shopping Centre, Sutton — choose pickup at checkout.
Need to know
- Sending to a workplace, hospital ward or care home? Please include the company name, ward or unit so reception can route the bouquet quickly.
- Exact delivery times can't be guaranteed but most drops land between 2pm and 5pm.
- If no one's home, our driver will leave the flowers somewhere safe and photograph the spot, or follow any note you've left at checkout.
