If you're not sure where to start, here's a gentle guide. There's no need to know the right words — we'll help with the rest.

The different tributes, explained

Sheaf — flowers tied and presented flat, to be laid down. A common and graceful choice from family or friends.

Posy — a smaller, rounded arrangement. Often chosen for a child to carry, or for a smaller gesture.

Wreath — a circular tribute, symbolising eternal life. Usually from close family.

Casket spray — the larger arrangement that rests on top of the coffin. Traditionally from the closest family.

Letters & names — words like MUM, DAD or NAN spelled in flowers. We make these to order.

Who usually sends what

There are no fixed rules, and anything chosen with care is right. As a gentle guide: immediate family often choose the casket spray or a wreath; wider family and friends usually send a sheaf or posy. If you're unsure, a sheaf is always appropriate.

Choosing colours

Soft whites, creams and greens are traditional and calming. But many families now choose the colours their person loved — a favourite shade, or something bright and full of life. Both are beautiful. Tell us a little about them and we'll arrange something that feels right.
